Quick to tour and quick to close, Kurt was able to purchase a condo in the location of his dreams even faster than he would have imagined possible.
Kurt had been passively searching for a condo for a few months when our good friends Rob and Niki gave him my contact info. He skipped around on my website for a bit before emailing me, "Hi Megan, I'm ready to buy a condo!" We sat down the next week for coffee at his favorite spot downtown and discussed exactly what makes him tick.

This unit checked every one of his boxes, not to mention it's a stone's throw from the Performing Arts Complex - one of his favorite places to walk to. Because the unit had been on the market for some time, we ended up securing over $10,000 in concessions (cash back) from the seller.
I am so utterly grateful for the referral business that has carried me through one of the most uncertain times in real estate history.
