Put simply, we were born from the concept of putting people first. We believe a "den" should be a sacred and safe place that everyone deserves access to. Lasting relationships are kind of our thing, and helping you buy or sell your biggest investment is not something we take lightly.

Megan grew up carrying 2x4s and prepping drywall on an island off the coast of Florida. She learned early on the importance of detailed planning and the rules of supply & demand, due to the distance from the mainland. A small-town girl at heart, her passion to please is what drives her ability to deliver unparalleled service with a smile.
When she’s not house hunting or negotiating, you can find her playing music, adventuring in the mountains, or hanging in the garden with family and friends.

TLC Consultant | Quality Control Specialist
Richard has completed countless remodels for both residential and commercial clients up and down the SW coast of Florida. He’s been Megan's project advisor for years and has retired from the workforce to dedicate himself to consulting our clients. Whether you’re planning a bathroom remodel or putting up a new fence, he’s likely to have an opinion on how it should be done. In his free time, Richard can be found pulling trash out of CO rivers, playing music, or making art in his studio.
