Howdy neighbors! There's been much to celebrate over at The DEN Collaborative this spring! In March we went under contract with our first team listing, I worked my first buyer-side deal in April, and Megan went under contract with two buyers this week, one of whom is a return client ready to reinvest their money after only one year of homeownership...WOW. Equity is a beautiful thing.
With so much work still to be done and many exciting plans on the horizon, we almost forgot to pause and reflect on the success of our first listing as a team. Even though Colorado is a seller's market, we still worked hard to prep the home for market and protect the integrity of the sale.
We learned invaluable lessons along the way and we're ready to go into our next team listing with even more confidence! Enjoy this behind-the-scenes look at our listing and stay tuned for the next one!
